I am a member in good standing of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI).

I have passed the Tennessee NAHI Exam.

I have more than 25 years General Contractor experience in remodel and new construction.

I have Environmental Solutions Association Certification in Mold and Allergens Inspections.

I have passed NACHI’s Online Inspector Examination.

I fulfill 18 hours of continuing education every year.

I abide by NACHI’s Code of Ethics.

I follow NACHI’s Standard of Practice and Exceed TN’s S.O.P.

I hold Tennessee Home Inspectors License #425.

I am fully insured with E&O, Liability & I am bonded.

I own Hi-Tech equipment such as a Bacharach Gas Leak Detector and a SureTest Electrical Meter.

I generate easy to read inspection reports with digital photos.

I am available Saturdays.
